of Summer
Hello Everyone,

I know I have not kept up on here like I usually do, but this has been a tough spring....

Summer has started!!  First, the Old Virago has been fitted with a New Old Stock gas tank, and battery, and is up and running.  It has been sent off to Mason Racing in Lebanon for a carb rebuild, and new tires, then...  Any one interested in a low Milage Virago??
Second, the camp has finally been vacated.  I have been working on it as much as I can, but it is slow going.  With no maitainance for all those years, time has really taken it's toll.  The upstairs drywall has been patched, in some places walls replaced, and is getting repainted.  The windows will be getting reglazed, and storm windows replaced.  Downstairs the bathroom was gutted, the walls and floors being replaced, and most the lighting fixtures moved or replaced.  The kitchen will need much the same.  Walls, floors, and lighting fixtures replaced.  Living room will get a fresh coat of paint, and the back door replaced.  I don't think I will have time to do both bedrooms this year as the walls and ceilings need attention in both rooms.  Maybe next summer.
Third, I will be selling the boat pictured above, without the motor.  I put the old 65 HP on the boat, but because it was so overpowered, I did not feel it was safe.  I will save the motor, but sell the boat and trailer.  Anyone interested should call me.  It will take up to a 40 HP short shaft outboard engine...
As always, you can email me or call.   I know the gas and airplane tickets are getting expensive, but hopefully you will get the chance to get away somewhere... I will always have plenty of room for anyone that wants to Visit!!!
